    Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
    WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
    We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

    All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
    For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
    Once our carrier receives your order, they will contact you via email or phone to arrange a booked delivery. Once this is arranged, you may receive a confirmation by phone or email, and on the day of delivery, you may receive an additional call and/or text. Please remember to clear the way of any obstacles and protect your flooring. If you choose not to lay down protective material to cover any flooring, we can not be held responsible for damage to any flooring. Any issues with delivery partners or alleged damage caused at the time of delivery must be reported to Sleepahh within 24 hours to allow an immediate and effective investigation to take place. Should you not be in on the day of delivery that has been booked and confirmed and have not given notice to Sleepahh which has been accepted, there will be a charge for any failed delivery. The charge will depend on your postcode area and how many pieces are being delivered but this is a minimum of £95.00 for the 1st piece and £45 for any second piece, except for Scotland or Isle of Wight, where the charge is £95.00 and £85.00 respectively and the £275.00 surcharge for any ferry for Isle of Wight. Sleepahh will clarify the charge to any customer where a failed delivery has occurred due to the customer not being in, or able to take delivery or having refused the delivery or notified Sleepahh after the item(s) have been placed on the delivery lorry and started their delivery journey. Protective felt covers or covers or caps should be used on any flooring at all times during and post delivery to ensure no damage is caused by any wooden, metal or other legs or where furniture rests on the floor.
    DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
    We do not offer international shipping.
    Restricted access deliveries may require a Sleepahh trained crew member to attend and dismantle the sofa then place in the room of choice and reassemble, should this service be requested and paid for.. This carries a non-refundable cost of £160.00 and if not pre-paid and it becomes obvious this is needed at the time of delivery, the cost must be paid for before goods are left. Doorways with width clearance across the facing of less than 73.5cm will not usually allow a delivery of a 3 or L seater, irrespective of whether a breakdown service is requested or not.
    Restricted access deliveries are defined where there is anything irregular with access to the property or inside the property. All our deliveries are transported to your address on a luton van to enable us to get as close as possible if you have any of the following please consider the size of the sofa bed you have ordered: Spiral stairs, Stairs to an additional floor that have been added after the initial construction of the property, A narrow door front with clearance less than 77cm and greater than 73 cm (between 73.5 and 77cm cm clearance across the opening), a hall way that is less than the height of length of the sofa bed.

    High floor Property: We will as standard, deliver to any accessible property using stairs up to the 3rd floor above ground free of charge. Any stairs climbed beyond 3rd floor, will be chargeable at a rate of £35.00 per floor climbed. There is no charge for delivery using a lift to any floors.
    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
    If any order that becomes delayed whilst being manufactured our customer service team will advise on the delay via email. if the delay happens once the goods are been passed to our carrier the carrier will advise of the delay by phone or email and reschedule delivery at the earliest opportunity. Any issues with delivery partners or alleged damage caused at the time of delivery must be reported to Sleepahh within 24 hours to allow an immediate and effective investigation to take place. Protective felt covers or covers or caps should be used on any flooring at all times during and post delivery to ensure no damage is caused by any wooden, metal or other legs or where furniture rests on the floor. Delivery slots and/or times predicted will always only be estimates based on the planned route and circumstances of the day of booking. Various factors can affect the delivery time on the day. We can not promise a delivery slot is an accurate or guarantee of the time we can actually deliver the time to you because of these factors.

    RECYCLING YOUR OLD FURNITURE
    We are able to recycle your old Sofabed, bed or sofa when we deliver your new Sleepahh. If it is a sofa we are recycling the charge is based on the length of seat section and is £35.00 per metre If we are recycling a bed we require the bed to be dismantled and a picture of the mattress emailed to recycling@sleepahh.com so we can makes sure that we bring the right size bag to protect ourselves. the cost for this will be as detailed below.     Can I see the materials? Yes! All of our fabrics are hand-made, treated to resist both spills and stains and designed to be good for you and your family. Here’s our fabrics page where you can order up to six fabric swatches for free if you’d like to try before you buy. Just add them to cart and checkout.

    How is it delivered? We deliver across the majority of the UK for a fixed fee dependent on post code. This a premium 2 person delivery services including assembly of your new sofa bed in your room of choice and remove all packaging. Please note assembly is only required should there be a paid for disassembly service offered. Should If you’d like an old sofa removed we can do that too! Please contact us at hello@sleepahh.com prior to ordering to clarify costs.

    What’s your returns policy? To give you the confidence to order a Sleepahh without seeing it in person, you will be able to return your custom built sofa bed within 30 days of delivery, (minus £350 cost) if you aren’t completely satisfied that it delivers a good sleep.
